Keeping Your Account Secure After Login

Once logged in, a few basic habits go a long way toward keeping your account safe. Avoid logging in on shared or public devices where possible. Keep your registered mobile number active so OTP verification works correctly.

You can update your password anytime from your account settings. If you notice any unusual activity — a login you don't recognise or a transaction you didn't make — contact support immediately at [email protected].

Contact the fa777 com support team at [email protected] and let them know you can't access your account. The team will verify your identity using the details on file — typically your registered name, mobile number, and date of birth — and assist you with restoring access. For security reasons, do not share your password with anyone, including support staff.

An OTP (One-Time Password) is sent to your registered Philippine mobile number when you log in from a new or unrecognised device. Accounts can be temporarily locked after multiple failed login attempts or if unusual activity is detected — both of which are protective measures. Contact support at [email protected] and provide your registered name and mobile number. The team will review the situation and guide you through the unlock process after verifying your identity.
